What types of events does CSW provide espresso bar services for?

CSW provides espresso bar services for any private event. This includes large private events such as weddings, to small backyard birthday parties, baby showers or graduation parties. We frequently can also be found at corporate events such as employee appreciation days or fund raisers as well as school functions like PTO meetings or Teacher appreciation days.

Basically, if you want to throw a party or event where you want your guests to feel taken care of and impressed, hiring us to bring the cafe experience to your event and serve up some delicious lattes, or custom espresso drinks is the thing that will make your event the one no one wants to miss.

Do you provide non dairy options for your espresso service?

Yes. Every espresso bar service includes regular 2% milk plus our non dairy options would be soy, oat milk and almond milk. We can also do hot or iced Americanos for an option that includes no milk at all.

Do you provide hot cocoa or tea options?

CSW has two add on options to our espresso bar, for an extra 20% you can add on a self serve hot cocoa or organic tea bar with all the fixins! How much does it cost to reserve a date?

CSW asks for 50% deposit to secure your date and time slot.

How much does it cost to reserve a full service espresso bar?

We price out espresso bar service based on how long we will be at the event, how many people are in attendance (since all of our espresso bars have unlimited drinks included) and the location/venue of the event. Our full espresso bar can range anywhere from $250 to $1k typically. We are happy to send over a quote right away if you are interested just let us know!

How long does it take to set up for your full espresso bar service?

It will take our baristas 45-60min. to set up depending on the layout of the venue. If it is important that we are set up ahead of time for events such as weddings as to not disrupt the flow of the event, we can arrange that as well.

Do you serve alcohol?

CSW is a non-alcoholic espresso bar service. If you would like to add alcohol to your espresso drinks, for things such as espresso martini’s, we are happy to provide the espresso shots or coffee needed for the bar tender at your event to create such drinks, but our baristas are not licensed to serve alcohol.

How do you arrange payment?

CSW is flexible when it comes to payment arrangements as we accept all forms of credit cards.

Weddings: We ask for a 50% deposit to secure your date/time and final payment due 1 week before services are rendered.

Business clients: 50% deposit to secure your date/time and can provide a net 30 due date for final payment.

All other events: 50% deposit to secure your date/time and final payment due upon service rendered, day of event. You are welcome to pre-pay as to not be interrupted for payment at your event.

How far do you travel?

CSW services all of Northeast Ohio regularly. However, we have went as far south as Columbus and as far East as Pennsylvania! So if you are unsure, ask and even if we have to charge a small fee for the distance we can always give you a quote and go from there! Ask for a Quote Here.

What is the dress code for the baristas?

CSW requires our baristas to wear black slacks with a black button up shirt (typical service attire) with a bow tie. We always ask if your event has a color theme, because we will match our baristas bowties to your event colors!

Does CSW have a brick and mortar store front?

Currently CSW is completely a mobile espresso catering service. We are however working towards opening a store front hopefully in the near future as we would love to share our delicious espresso drinks and eco-friendly concept with our local community more readily. Our vision includes lots of coffee, a custom roasted bean option for home use, organic tea wall for home use, as well as a cafe full of plants and eco-friendly practices and a welcoming place for all. Where do you get your espresso beans for the mobile espresso bar service?

CSW sources our specialty espresso beans exclusively through a non-profit called Medina Creative Living Roastery. We do this, to support our local disabled community, as Creative Living is a excellent resource for those with disabilities who need just a little help with getting jobs, living arrangements, and so much more. How does your espresso bar service contribute to the idea of being an eco-friendly company?

CSW maintains the idea that it is very important to help our mother earth thrive and at the very least not contribute to the waste that harms her. One major thing that we do is make sure that all of our drinks are served in compostable cups, sleeves, napkins, and lids. We do offer a waste can exclusively for the used items your guests are finished with, which we then take to a composting location after the event is finished. We do not leave behind any trash at any of our events. We source our ingredients from companies that also are eco-friendly or provide their products in recyclable or compostable packaging.

Once we open up our brick and mortar location we will have the opportunity to expand our eco-friendliness solutions with our community. We will offer reusable cups and to go mugs for a discount to further contribute to the no waste concept. We will utilize reusable bags for our beans and tea sales as well as provide a composting service to our community.

Eco-Friendliness is a concept that always has ways we as humans can improve to better help our environment and wild life. We as a company will continuously be thriving to improve our processes to positively contribute to this concept. We will also be continuously educating ourselves, our employees and our community about the benefits of utilizing and implementing eco-friendly ideas.
